We work with you to define the ideal candidates, including identification of competing/similar companies from which they are employed, ideal skill sets they will possess, tenure and experience, and overall search strategy. We help you create a complete position description that will attract the highest caliber executives.

Every search is different in timeline, but it has been our experience that there are certain metrics which can be met. To ensure a smooth and expeditious hiring process that is both candidate and client friendly, we will establish and mutually agree upon a search timeline, with matching metrics, and firmly hold to it.
